Own the end-to-end people data and analytics workflow to inform HR strategy and drive leadership-ready insights, including data integrity in Workday, budget coordination, and execution of People initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day activities supporting Career Development, Capability Building, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Communication, Compensation and Process Improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze relevant data to derive insights that advise business decision making and create a sustained differentiation and advantage using insights
  • Assist with development of technical analyses and polished presentations that simplify and summarize complicated people issues for leadership or non-technical audiences in a digestible format
  • Responsible for coordinating routine meeting decks (ie. MPR, Monthly Ops Call, etc.)
  • Coordinate and handle people budget to deliver on Annual Operating Plan financials.
  • Analyze data and optimally coordinate and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy.
  • Responsible for Workday HR data changes and approval to ensure accuracy and compliance. Owns weekly data accuracy checks and updates in HRIS system.
  • Supports employees on general HR inquiries about benefits, payroll, trainings, onboarding, compensation and talent management.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of MS Office Suite especially Excel with the ability to learn SharePoint and Workday.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work consistently to established deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable – able to maintain effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross functionally in a matrix organization.
  • Attention to detail.
