Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Communications Support
  • Under the guidance of the VP, Marketing & Communications, support the development and execution of marketing and communications campaigns/plans that effectively promote Government Services initiatives and priorities.
  • Assist in the creation, writing, editing, design, and dissemination of multimedia content across communication platforms and channels, including:
  • Social media
  • Website content
  • Internal communications
  • Marketing collateral
  • Digital campaigns
  • Support communication channels to ensure consistent and strategic messaging aligned with brand standards and organizational objectives.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance, social media engagement, and digital communication effectiveness.
  • Content Development & Brand Support
  • Support brand initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate communications and marketing activities.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and creative content strategies to support audience engagement and outreach efforts.
  • Assist in managing projects from concept through production while maintaining attention to detail and adherence to established marketing processes.
  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives through content creation including writing, editing, design coordination, and social media management.
  • Digital Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor website and social media activity to support marketing initiatives and audience engagement.
  • Track marketing leads, engagement metrics, and campaign analytics to support monthly and quarterly reporting efforts.
  • Assist with evaluating communication trends and supporting data-driven marketing recommendations.
  • Event & Administrative Coordination etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism and/or related specialization in Government or International Studies Required
