Lead campus consumer trials and student market activation to grow the brand and user base.

  • Own campus trials program and Student Marketeer activation to drive product trials.

Responsibilities

  • CONSUMER COLLECTING PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Establish clear objectives in collaboration with the CCM and FMM to drive trials engaging new users and broaden the consumer base regionally.
  • Clearly communicate expectations and provide guidelines to Student Marketeers to promote trial experiences in market during key moments.
  • Implement a robust sales support program to enhance distribution and in-store visibility around campuses.
  • Collaborate to design university initiatives that resonate with students and cultivate brand affinity.
  • Leverage program tools and reporting to guide strategy, monitor performance, and optimize reach of student groups.
  • Provide coaching to team members to ensure a flow of innovative ideas for growth.
  • Oversee sampling requests, ensuring alignment with broader organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate meaningful consumer interactions to overcome barriers and drive product trials.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, including leading teams and managing personnel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Employees may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more as needed.

Preferred

  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with history of implementing innovative ideas and evaluating outcomes.
