Job Summary
Own the event experience by turning face-to-face interactions into strong engagement, product demonstrations, and measurable sign-ups that move the brand and sales KPIs forward.
- Engagement & Conversion: Drive customer interactions, live demos, and lead generation at events to boost short-term activation and long-term loyalty.
- Team & Process Optimization: Collaborate with peers and leaders to lift event performance, sharing learnings and aligning on targets.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions, building rapport and brand awareness
- Deliver clear, engaging product presentations and demonstrations
- Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Drive event sales, customer sign-ups, and lead generation
- Represent brands at live events
- Provide a positive, memorable customer experience at every touchpoint
- Work towards individual and team sales targets / KPIs
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve event performance and results
