Job Summary
Own live social publishing and UGC program for tennis events, balancing fast-paced coverage with brand voice, rights, and community engagement.
- Live coverage and scheduled posting across IG, FB, TikTok, X, and YouTube within tournament windows, aligned to a Senior SM Manager plan.
- Source and rights-secure UGC and creator content, manage on-ground relationships, and coordinate with the Paid Team for high-potential posts.
- Lead captions, hashtags, platform-native styling, and community responses while ensuring quality and crisis/escalation protocols.
