Responsibilities

  • Build and execute social media growth strategies
  • Create viral short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
  • Film, edit, and publish content
  • Research trends daily and identify opportunities before they’re saturated
  • Write compelling hooks, captions, and storylines
  • Develop content calendars
  • Analyze performance and optimize based on data
  • Help build personal brands that dominate their industries
  • Work directly with founders, CEOs, and high-level entrepreneurs
  • Constantly test, improve, and innovate

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of social media experience
  • 10,000-20,000+ followers on at least one platform (preferred)
  • Can confidently film, edit, and publish content
  • Portfolio of at least 3 case studies showing measurable page growth within the last 3-6 months
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
  • Strong understanding of analytics and retention metrics
  • Excellent communicator
  • Highly organized
  • Self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged

  • Have created multiple videos with 1M+ views
  • Have grown personal brands from scratch
  • Understand luxury branding and aesthetics
  • Know how to direct talent on camera
  • Stay ahead of trends before everyone else copies them
  • Are constantly learning and improving
