Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create engaging graphics, captions, reels, stories, and promotional content
• Develop and schedule social media calendars and campaigns
• Increase audience engagement and follower growth organically
• Monitor analytics and provide performance reports and recommendations
• Assist with branding consistency and marketing strategy
• Stay current on social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates
• Coordinate with leadership regarding promotions, launches, and events

Requirements

• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, and scheduling platforms
• Excellent written communication and creativity
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Graphic design and short-form video editing experience preferred
• Knowledge of coaching, wellness, professional development, or personal growth industries is a plus
