Responsibilities

• Produce short-form video from start to finish — concept, shoot, edit, caption, and post (3–4 pieces a week)
• Run short interview segments with our team, our contractors, our real estate partners, and our customers
• Grow and manage our Google reviews — respond to every review and build a system that keeps them coming
• Manage our Google Business Profile and use content and local SEO to bring in consumer leads
• Create education content that helps our realtors and title people look good to their clients
• Repurpose everything across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Own the content calendar and report on what's working and what's not

Requirements

• Must have been in a previous marketing role to qualify for an interview
• Proven experience shooting and editing short-form video (bring examples you made yourself)
• Comfortable behind a camera and good at getting a nervous person to relax on one
• Strong eye for what makes a video worth watching — hooks, pacing, clean audio
• Self aware and high emotional intelligence
• Ability to troubleshoot and be resourceful to solve problems
• Task & solution oriented
• Knows Google Business Profile, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and YouTube analytics
• Crazy drive preferred
