Responsibilities

• Create and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Capture and edit photos and short-form videos of projects, events, and team activities
• Design graphics and write engaging social media copy
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Research industry trends and content ideas
• Schedule and manage social media posts
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Track social media performance and analytics
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Support special events, community outreach, and promotional campaigns

Requirements

• Passion for social media, marketing, communications, or digital content creation
• Creative, organized, and self-motivated
• Comfortable capturing content with a smartphone and creating engaging videos
• Knowledgeable about Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
• A strong communicator with attention to detail

Preferred

• Interest in construction, architecture, interior design, entrepreneurship, or real estate (a plus)
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools
