Responsibilities

• Help set up and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Develop a content plan and posting schedule leading up to the launch
• Create engaging content such as posts, graphics, reels, and captions
• Assist in developing a consistent brand voice and visual identity online
• Support the creation of launch-related campaigns and announcements
• Monitor engagement and help build an online community
• Track basic analytics and suggest strategies to grow reach and visibility

Preferred

• Interest in social media marketing, communications, nonprofit work, or digital media
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools are a plus)
• Strong written communication skills
• Organized, creative, and comfortable working remotely
• Passion for community-building and mission-driven work
