Job Summary

Own end-to-end social content and campaigns for Instagram and LinkedIn, delivering 3–4 posts weekly (with video), while building data-driven strategies to grow leads and driver activation. Own collateral, brand consistency, and performance reporting to support acquisition and measurement across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn end to end, from idea to published post
Script, shoot, edit, and publish 3 to 4 posts per week across both platforms, at least 2 of them video
Develop and support paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn aimed at brands, agencies, and drivers
Produce content and creative that feeds our lead and driver acquisition funnels
Support driver acquisition by producing content that lowers the cost per activated vehicle and turns app downloads into a repeatable channel
Establish and track cost per qualified lead and cost per activated vehicle to build a data-driven baseline within the first 12 months
Produce video that looks professional and current, using trending formats without feeling forced or gimmicky
Turn campaigns into marketing material, including case studies, photography, driver testimonials, and results one-pagers
Ensure there is one unified brand consistent across our website, decks, ads, social, and press
Keep every public claim about our technology accurate, including edge AI, data handling, and what our hardware does and does not capture

Requirements

3+ years running social media and creating content for a brand, agency, or startup
A track record of building something from scratch, and the drive to grow beyond content and social as we scale
Writing that sounds like a person, not a press release
Comfort operating without established process, defined lanes, or someone assigning tasks each morning
A sharp read on what’s working on Instagram and LinkedIn right now
Advanced knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn ads platforms
A portfolio of video you personally shot and edited
Fluency in Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent
Based in Los Angeles and able to work in person
