Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our organic social media presence.
• Social Strategy & Growth: Develop and manage the overall social media strategy
• Plan and maintain a full monthly social content calendar
• Identify opportunities to grow our audience and reach organically
• Continuously test new content formats and optimize based on performance
• Track performance metrics and refine strategy based on insights
• Daily Content & Posting: Ensure our brand is posting consistently across TikTok and Instagram
• Repurpose existing content into new formats to maximize reach
• Edit and format content for social platforms when needed
• Plan and schedule posts to maintain daily activity and momentum

Requirements

• 3+ years managing social media for a DTC brand (beauty or fragrance industry preferred)
• Strong experience with beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and trends
• Proven ability to grow social media accounts organically
• Experience managing content calendars and planning campaigns
• Strong creative instincts and understanding of viral content formats
• Excellent copywriting skills for captions and hooks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
