Responsibilities

• Manages and monitors social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Tiktok for the company's many brands.
• Brainstorms content ideas, creates editorial calendars for content, and uploads content to social pages.
• Craft language for various social platforms.
• Creates graphics and edit videos
• Responds to messages and comments on all social media platforms and provides an excellent customer service experience.
• Researches trends and strategies to make suggestions based on their findings.
