Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to promote open positions and showcase GCBHS’s employer brand.
  • Use creative methods to deliver key messages about the organization's mission and culture.
  • Create engaging digital content for various social platforms, including videos and flyers, to attract top talent.
  • Create and manage digital content for social platforms, supporting outreach efforts to attract top talent.
  • Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, both virtually and in person, representing the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media strategy and content management.
  • Proficiency in digital media tools, illustrations, and video editing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented mindset.
  • A strong interest in Human Resources is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
