Plan, create, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and occasional long-form content
Capture real office moments, team culture, and insurance-related content in an engaging way
Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them to fit our brand
Record and edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
Help team members feel comfortable on camera and guide them during content shoots
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and organized content calendar
Monitor basic performance metrics (views, engagement) and adjust content accordingly
Own and reinforce our brand identity across all digital touchpoints
Contribute ideas to strengthen brand messaging, visuals, and tone online

A great eye for creative and storytelling
