Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop structured 30 day content calendars
- Plan and capture short form video for Reels and TikTok
- Attend select Houston pop up events to gather live content
- Create conversion focused captions
- Assist with promotional campaign launches
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategic adjustments
- Repurpose content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Requirements
- Strong understanding of short form video trends
- Basic knowledge of content performance metrics such as engagement, reach, saves, and clicks
- Experience using editing apps such as CapCut or similar
- Creative thinking with structured execution
- Self motivated and proactive
- Houston based preferred for event attendance
