Gracent

Together, we grow potential.Gracent is the parent organization behind North Shore Pediatric Therapy, Gracent Pediatric Therapy, and the Chicago Autism Testing Institute — a network of pediatric therapy providers across Illinois and Texas serving children with autism and developmental needs. One Child. One Plan. Many Minds. We built the network around a single belief: therapy should feel tailored, not templated. That means clinical judgment matters more than billable defaults or productivity quotas, and the best care comes from many minds working together — BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, neuropsychologists, and mental health providers on the same team, sharing the same kids. Our SLPs work in AAC, feeding, and language development. Our OTs handle sensory integration, fine motor, and school readiness. Our BCBAs build individualized ABA programs. The disciplines respect each other and the work happens together. The Gracent Care Calculator — a peer-reviewed clinical tool we built and made freely available to the field — is one example of how we operationalize that philosophy. It matches treatment intensity to the actual child in front of clinicians, not preset buckets. Our VP of Clinical Quality and Training, Liza Bodner, leads this work. See it at gracentcares.com/care-calculator.For families: a coordinated team that talks to each other, every day.For clinicians — across every discipline: a place where your judgment is trusted, your caseload allows real clinical work, and your next role is already mapped out. Many of our Clinical Directors started as clinicians here. We don’t chase billables. We chase breakthroughs.Currently hiring BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, mental health therapists, behavior technicians, and clinical leadership across Illinois and Texas.
