Responsibilities

• Brainstorm & Pitch: Continuously research trends and present fresh, engaging content concepts tailored to the fragrance and beauty community.
• Be the Face: Confidently star in on-camera videos, including scent reviews, unboxings, storytelling, and viral TikTok trends.
• Shoot & Edit: Film high-quality video footage and edit seamlessly for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, static posts, and website assets that align with our brand identity.
• Execute & Manage: Take full ownership of the content calendar, managing projects independently from the initial idea to the final post.

Requirements

• A natural on camera who is charismatic, articulate, and comfortable speaking to an audience.
• Strong proficiency in mobile and desktop video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, algorithms, and trending audio, specifically within the beauty or perfume niches.
• A self-starter who thrives in an independent, flexible work environment but has the vision to scale operations and eventually lead a team.
