Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos, graphics, captions, and other social content.
• Follow social media trends and turn them into relevant content ideas for the brand.
• Develop content calendars and support campaign planning.
• Write creative captions and use effective hashtags to improve reach.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand goals.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current digital trends.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills.
• Good copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.

Preferred

• Experience growing social media accounts.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing, paid ads, or community management.
• Portfolio or examples of previous social media content.
