Job Summary

Own the on-site media production and scheduling loop to fuel a vibrant Instagram/TikTok presence for a local brand, while ensuring brand coherence and data-informed storytelling.

Content Production & Scheduling: Capture, edit, and publish a steady stream of Reels, carousels, stories, and features across Instagram and TikTok; plan ahead using a scheduling platform.
Brand Governance & Engagement: Apply voice/visual standards and monitor performance to surface insights for content optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Capture photo and video content on-site at our Victorville location
Plan and schedule content in advance using our social media scheduling platform
Coordinate shoots with our team, organizing logistics ahead of time
Create and publish a consistent mix of content for Instagram and TikTok: Reels, short-form video, carousels, story polls, customer features, and highlights
Apply our brand guidelines for voice, look, and photography standards
Monitor post performance and share insights on what's resonating
Work two scheduled daytime content days per week, with shifts confirmed in advance

Requirements

Some experience with social media or content creation, whether personal, academic, or professional
A portfolio or content samples included with your application
Comfortable shooting and editing photo and video (Lightroom, CapCut, or similar)
Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok formats, including Reels and trending audio
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
Strong organization and proactive communication
Comfortable with community management: comments, DMs, and tagged posts
Being on-camera is optional; behind-the-camera work is completely welcome
