Responsibilities

• Create high-volume, high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and our websites
• Capture and edit video and photo content on-site, including patient transformations, testimonials, educational content, team highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Manage content calendars and maximize content by repurposing shoots into multiple assets
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and storytelling-driven content
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy
• Ensure all patient content is properly documented with consent and release forms

Requirements

• 3+ years of content creation experience, preferably within healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or a related field
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient consent requirements
• Proficiency with video editing platforms such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
• Experience producing content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation
• Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to make people feel comfortable on camera
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
