Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and create original, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Design graphics, write captions, and produce short-form videos that align with brand voice
Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry news to inform content strategy
Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
Engage authentically with followers, industry influencers, and potential customers
Foster positive relationships with our online community through meaningful interactions
Implement strategies to increase follower count, engagement rates, and brand awareness
Analyze social media metrics and prepare weekly performance reports
Identify growth opportunities and suggest optimization strategies

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique audiences
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh content ideas
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Preferred

Previous internship or personal experience managing social media accounts
Basic video editing skills for short-form content
Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools
Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices
