Job Summary

Own the Foundation's social media presence across multiple platforms, driving engaging content, community interaction, and growth through campaigns and data-informed improvements.

  • Develop and manage content for major social platforms with a focus on mission-aligned storytelling.
  • Monitor audience engagement and produce monthly insights to guide growth strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create graphics, short-form videos, and written content that reflects the Foundation's mission and impact.
  • Promote fundraising campaigns, wellness initiatives, community events, podcasts, volunteer opportunities, and educational programs.
  • Capture photos and videos at Foundation events and community outreach activities.
  • Respond to comments and messages while fostering an engaged and supportive online community.
  • Maintain a social media content calendar and schedule posts using Sendible or similar platforms.
  • Track engagement and provide simple monthly reports with recommendations for growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative eye for photography, video, and graphic design.
  • Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and major social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • One to three years of experience in nonprofit, community service, advocacy, or other mission-driven organizations is preferred.
  • Passion for mental health, community engagement, and making a positive impact.
