You will own social engagement flows, posting content, answering messages, and moving interested people toward booked calls across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Responsibilities
- Post videos and other content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Write simple captions for posts
- Reply to comments and direct messages
- Send messages to people who follow or engage with our page
- Ask simple questions to learn if someone may need our help
- Help interested people book a call
- Follow up with people who did not book
- Keep track of messages, leads, and booked calls
- Help with simple Canva and CapCut work
- Follow our scripts and training
Requirements
- Is kind, friendly, and easy to talk to
- Can write clear messages
- Knows how to use Instagram and TikTok
- Is willing to learn
- Can follow directions
- Shows up on time and gets work done
- Is organized and honest
- Is comfortable with Christian content
- Can talk about marriage topics with care
- Is comfortable asking people to book a call
Preferred
- Experience with social media, sales, or appointment setting is helpful, but it is not required.
