Responsibilities

• shoots and edits their own content — no handoffs, no waiting
• publish native content daily across TikTok and Instagram
• coordinate photo and video shoots — logistics, talent direction, and on-site execution
• fill a content calendar without much hand-holding and proactively look for shooting opportunities before the pipeline runs dry
• embrace AI tools to move faster, work smarter and get more out of every piece of content
• be platform fluent on TikTok and Instagram and know the nuances of each
• maintain strong sense of native formats — CapCut, Reels, trending audio, transitions, text overlays
• comfortable on camera and behind it
• located in or around Columbus, Ohio, or willingness to travel to office 2-3x/week
• execution-focused; not seeking a Creative Director or strategist

Requirements

• 1-4 years of hands-on content creation experience (brand, agency, creator side)
• Portfolio or active social presence that shows your shooting and editing chops
• No degree required, show us your work
• Located in or around Columbus, Ohio, or willingness to travel to office 2-3x/week

Preferred

• Experience growing a brand or personal account organically
• Familiarity with lo-fi, documentary, or "found footage" aesthetic content
• Basic understanding of how to read analytics and identify winning content
• Comfort with fast-paced, startup-style environments
• Enjoys working with kids
