Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Assist with copywriting, basic creative coordination, and maintaining posting calendars.
Monitor engagement and platform performance metrics.
Support promotional and seasonal campaigns through organic social channels.
Stay current on social media trends and platform updates.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align social messaging with other digital efforts.
Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of social or digital marketing experience preferred.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with social management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication
