Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Launch and grow Crunchyroll’s manga social channels across priority platforms.
  • Own content strategy and calendar, aligning with brand, editorial, and growth goals.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to develop, approve, and publish social content.
  • Write platform-native copy and manage scheduling and publishing. Build and engage an active manga fan community while monitoring trends and sentiment.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs; optimize content through data-driven insights and testing.
  • Align social initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and key launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years previous experience with community management
  • Applicants within the United States
  • 40 hours a week available (ideally evenly broken out every other day in equal amounts, however, the structure of the hours can be flexible)

Preferred

  • Bonus if it’s for entertainment companies or global brands.
