Own the local marketing liaison role focused on census goals, referral development, and admission-conversion coordination in the Buckhead nursing facility market.

Territory ownership: develop census targets and community referral relationships through face-to-face outreach.
Referral-to-admission coordination: manage the conversion process and represent the facility in community activities.
Stakeholder engagement: build local hospital and rehab partner ties to support referrals and occupancy.

Job Description

Responsibilities

The Marketing Liaison is responsible for developing census as defined through targeted goals of the business plan and developing referral relationships within the geographic territory with an emphasis on face-to-face contacts.
assist with coordination of referral to admission conversion process and represent the Nursing Facility in community-related activities

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience as a liaison or successful sales experience in healthcare environment
Familiarity with acute hospital, rehab hospitals and local healthcare market
Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively.
Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.

Preferred

Familiarity with acute hospital, rehab hospitals and local healthcare market preferred
Minimum 1 year experience as a liaison or successful sales experience in healthcare environment preferred
