Responsibilities

• Hold, wave, rotate, or spin a promotional sign to increase store visibility.
• Stand in an assigned high-visibility area near the business.
• Use safe, attention-grabbing movements without obstructing traffic or pedestrians.
• Keep the sign visible, clean, and in good condition.
• Follow all traffic, pedestrian, property, and workplace safety rules.
• Remain energetic, friendly, and professional throughout each shift.
• Arrive on time and reliably complete scheduled shifts.
• Notify management of damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or severe weather.
• Take scheduled breaks and follow hydration and heat-safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and company policy; 18 or older preferred.
• No prior experience or formal education required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift and control a promotional sign weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Comfortable working in sunlight, wind, heat, or cool weather within established safety limits.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and attention to surroundings.
• Sign-spinning, promotional, performance, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
