  • Must-have: fluency in Premiere Pro or CapCut to move fast
  • Collaborate with leadership on on-camera shoots and culture-forward storytelling

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — daily volume, platform-native output
  • Turn footage from live events, authenticators, and in-office shoots into engaging social edits, fast
  • Work with archival material, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments to find the story in the footage
  • Bring your own creative POV to concepting — lightweight ideas around product drops, culture moments, and real access
  • Film with our CEO and team (they're comfortable and experienced on camera — you'll feel it)
  • Comfortable applying motion graphics and animated templates in video editor (like CapCut) to enhance video content
  • Help manage publishing and posting cadence across platforms
  • Receive footage shot remotely by partners or team members on-site and shape it into finished content — independently, in a style that works for social
  • Post-production and editing of field footage will make up the majority of responsibilities initially, with limited on-camera shooting expected

Requirements

  • Sharp instincts for what's native on social — you notice how content is edited while you're scrolling
  • Fluent in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent — you pick the right tool and move fast
  • Comfortable shooting on iPhone or lightweight camera setups
  • Can shape raw footage into something compelling without heavy direction or over-engineering it
  • Organized and reliable — you hit deadlines, communicate clearly, and make the team's life easier
  • Genuinely interested in sports, music, or collectible culture (expertise not required — curiosity is)
  • You understand pacing, captions, and visual rhythm — and you know how they differ across platforms
  • Monitor performance across platforms and apply insights to sharpen future content — always optimizing for what actually resonates
  • Collaborative and receptive to feedback without losing your voice

Preferred

  • Actively follow sports, hip-hop, sneakers, or memorabilia culture
  • Have a portfolio that shows range — branded content, editorial, lo-fi social — not just one mode
  • Have experience creating content around live events or talent access
  • Know how to move fast and stay consistent without letting volume kill quality
  • You use AI tools to move faster
