Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day SEO operations, guiding junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
• Provide recommendations on content and technical SEO tactics to drive project success.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless collaboration. Identify process improvements, recommend efficiency enhancements, and propose automation solutions.
• Train junior team members on best practices and support client presentation development, delivering high-quality project outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of SEO experience
• 1+ year in healthcare/pharma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and third-party SEO tools
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, content and technical optimization tactics, and ability to analyze website performance
• Keeping a pulse on healthcare industry news, regulations (HIPAA), and market landscape to inform SEO strategies
• Skilled in multitasking, SEO project management, and proactive problem-solving, with attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work
• Strong communication and collaborative style to drive project success
