Responsibilities

• As the SEO Supervisor, you will oversee the daily work of junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
• You will drive digital marketing success and deliver on client KPIs through expert analysis of website analytics data and optimization recommendations.
• You will also audit and QA technical and content optimizations to ensure best practices and alignment with project objectives.
• A Day in the Life: Oversee day-to-day SEO operations, guiding junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise.
• Provide recommendations on content and technical SEO tactics to drive project success.
• Collaborate with senior team members to define project goals, develop strategies, and establish SEO milestones.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless collaboration. Identify process improvements, recommend efficiency enhancements, and propose automation solutions.
• Train junior team members on best practices and support client presentation development, delivering high-quality project outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, 3+ years of SEO experience, and 1+ year in healthcare/pharma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and third-party SEO tools.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, content and technical optimization tactics, and ability to analyze website performance.
• Keeping a pulse on healthcare industry news, regulations (HIPAA), and market landscape to inform SEO strategies.
• Skilled in multitasking, SEO project management, and proactive problem-solving, with attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work.
• Strong communication and collaborative style to drive project success.
