Responsibilities

• Write and organize website content based on our internal systems
• Help create service pages, location pages, blog content, and other website copy
• Follow repeatable SEO/content templates and processes
• Assist with basic website updates and page buildouts
• Help keep projects organized and moving forward
• Learn how we structure websites for SEO and conversions
• Support the team with repetitive but important production tasks
• Research each client’s local market before writing content
• Learn about the client’s services, service area, competitors, and target customers
• Research local neighborhoods, cities, home styles, weather conditions, common property types, and regional needs
• Understand what homeowners or business owners in that market are actually searching for
• Use research to make content more specific, useful, and locally relevant
• Avoid generic “copy/paste” content that could apply to any company in any city
• Help create content that feels accurate to the client’s actual market, services, and customers

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable doing repetitive work
• Interested in SEO, websites, content, and digital marketing
• Willing to learn and follow systems
• Tech-savvy enough to work inside website platforms
• Good at taking instructions and improving over time
• Does not need constant hand-holding once trained

Preferred

• Experience with Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, or similar website builders
• Basic web design ability
• SEO knowledge
• Canva or basic design experience
• Experience writing for home service, construction, or local service businesses
