Job Summary

Own end to end video production for client work and the Shop Positioner brand, from concept through on site shoots and editing, with a future path to lead a small video team.

  • Video production ownership: Direct, film, and edit high end sales and marketing videos for clients nationwide.
  • On site production: Travel to client shops to capture VSLs, brand videos, testimonials and ad creative.
  • Process and team growth: Build a repeatable production process and eventually hire/lead a small video team as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, film, and edit high end sales and marketing video content for clients across the country
  • Travel to client shop locations to capture VSLs, brand videos, process content, testimonials, and ad creative
  • Produce short form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
  • Create and edit video sales letters that drive qualified leads to our clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and web team on creative strategy and execution
  • Build and manage a repeatable video production process inside Shop Positioner
  • Eventually hire and lead a small video team as the company scales
