Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok ads
  • Use AI tools to speed up and enhance production
  • Combine stock footage + voice over + captions
  • Create multiple variations for testing and scaling
  • Follow proven ad structures (hooks, retention, CTA)

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing ads for social media
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing
  • Experience using AI tools in video editing
  • Ability to work with stock footage + voice over
  • Fast turnaround and high attention to detail
  • Portfolio with performance-driven content (not just aesthetic)

Preferred

  • Experience in lead generation or affiliate marketing
  • Understanding of hooks, retention curves, and CTR
  • Familiar with tools like CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, Runway, Pika, etc.
