  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with social impact initiatives and community-based projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
