Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the global influencer strategy framework, ensuring consistency, cultural relevance, and measurable impact across markets
  • Lead US influencer strategy on priority accounts, serving as the senior strategic voice from brief through execution
  • Identify emerging creator trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments, translating them into proactive client recommendations
  • Partner with data, analytics, and technology teams to build measurement frameworks that connect influencer investment to business outcomes
  • Serve as a thought leader internally and externally, contributing to POVs, industry panels, new business pitches, and client presentations
  • Collaborate closely with the EVP, Influencer Client Lead and practice leadership to align strategy with broader growth priorities
  • Manage and mentor VP/Director-level strategy talent

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in influencer, media, or integrated marketing strategy
  • Proven experience developing and scaling global strategy frameworks across multiple markets
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and platform dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to identify cultural trends and translate them into actionable marketing strategies
  • Experience working with data, analytics, and measurement solutions tied to business outcomes
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing senior-level talent
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment

  • Experience working in an agency or client service environment preferred
