Responsibilities

• Full SEO strategy and execution for an assigned set of client accounts
• Technical audits, on-page optimization, site structure, and internal linking
• Keyword and entity research, content briefs, and content strategy direction
• Monthly client calls: present performance, walk through recommendations, and field the tough questions with confidence
• Monthly and quarterly reporting, including the written narrative behind the data
• Coordination with our Content, Creative, and Link Building teams on execution
• Local and multi-location SEO for franchise and branch-based clients
• Applying our AI search methodology across accounts, including structured data and entity work
• Client communication is central to this role. You are the primary strategic contact on your accounts, and clients should feel like they have a senior SEO in their corner every month

Requirements

• 5+ years in SEO, with agency or multi-client experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable running a client call solo, in strong quarters and slow ones alike
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals and the ability to write recommendations a developer can implement
• Fluency in GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
• Solid spreadsheet skills. Pivot tables, lookups, and building your own analysis
• Genuine curiosity about AI search. Expertise is a bonus, active attention is the baseline
• Reliable, responsive, and self-directed enough to hold a monthly cadence on your own
