Job Summary

Own cross portfolio marketing execution for leasing-focused campaigns across digital and traditional channels, coordinating with regional teams, budgets, and creative assets to hit occupancy and pricing targets.

  • Campaign scope: manage integrated campaigns across digital, campus partnerships, and offline touchpoints with brand consistency.
  • Performance governance: review action plans, optimize ads and content, and ensure budget discipline aligns with leasing goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate Marketing Manager strategy into portfolio-level execution plans.
  • Oversee execution quality across communities and manage Regional Marketing Associates.
  • Support integrated campaign execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Ensure campaigns align with leasing goals, pricing strategies, and occupancy targets.
  • Review and approve action plans, campaign execution, website updates, and ad performance, email marketing performance.
  • Oversee digital execution strategy and campaign implementation across platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance, website content updates, and banner deployment.
  • Analyze portfolio performance trends and provide insights and recommendations to Marketing Managers.
  • Oversee portfolio budget tracking, pacing, and adherence to established guideline.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Revenue Management teams to ensure portfolio alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred, ideally in real estate, student housing, or property management.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing campaign performance, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms and reporting tools including SOCi, ClickUp, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for regional support, events, and site visits.
