Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for a portion of the marketing technology platform
  • Define and build tools and interfaces that empower business teams to operate effectively
  • Partner with engineering, science, marketing, and design teams to enable tooling capabilities
  • Drive initiatives that optimize the Prime Video customer experience off-app
  • Take on end-to-end ownership of initiatives from ideation through delivery
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Experience building or managing messaging, CRM, or journey orchestration platforms
  • Experience building self-service tooling or configuration UIs for non-technical business users

Preferred

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
  • Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations
