Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead bioprocessing specific marketing and commercial strategies.
- Design, build, and deliver holistic strategic go-to-market commercial programs.
- Drive the execution of the go-to-market plan for assigned portfolio including sales training & execution, capabilities marketing, progress tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with partners to produce world-class marketing collateral materials.
- Leverage cross functional groups to couple knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline
- 10 years of progressive experience in bioprocessing, life sciences, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, purification technologies, or related markets
- Demonstrated experience in product management, product marketing, portfolio management, or commercial leadership within life sciences industry

Preferred
- MBA or advanced business degree
- Chromatography Purification experience
- Commercial, sales, and/or customer facing experience
- Proven ability to translate customer workflows, buying processes, market trends, and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights into product strategies, growth initiatives, and business results
- Strong understanding of bioprocessing industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging technology trends
- Experience developing and executing strategic and tactical product marketing programs across the product lifecycle
- Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, business case development, and financial modeling
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority across R&D, operations, sales, marketing, supply chain, and regional organizations
- Proven track record of driving complex projects and product initiatives in a matrixed global environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers, key opinion leaders, channel partners, and internal stakeholders
