Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex structural builds, tech integrations (AR/AI), and high-foot-traffic city permitting.

  • Architect meticulous, transparent budgets ranging from $5,000 to $5,000,000+.
  • Expertly navigate scope creep, vendor negotiations, talent fees, and strict margin retention.
  • Educate creative and account teams on how to maximize "dollar-to-screen" value, finding alternative, cost-effective methodologies for low-budget briefs.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Maintain and expand a world-class network of fabrication shops, directors, AV tech partners, editors, sound designers, and local fixers.
  • Manage the procurement and bidding processes (Triple Bidding) for major third-party production companies and design agencies.
  • Partner closely with Creative Directors during the ideation phase to assess feasibility, offer production solutions, and ensure ideas can realistically be executed within the client's financial parameters.
  • Act as a calm, solutions-oriented anchor on set and on-site during high-pressure live activations.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of agency or brand-side experience as an Integrated Producer, Experiential Producer, or Content Producer.
  • A proven portfolio showcasing both massive activations/broadcast and digital/social-first campaigns.
  • The "Swiss Army" Mindset: Past experience wearing multiple hats—budget tracker, talent handler, technical director liaison, and creative sounding board.
  • NYC Infrastructure Savvy: Deep knowledge of the Tri-State production landscape, including local unions, permitting bodies (NYPD Movie TV unit, Mayor’s Office), and premium local vendors.
  • Tech Literacy: Familiarity with modern content workflows, editing platforms (Adobe Premiere suite capabilities), and event technologies (LED tracking, experiential projection mapping, interactive software).
  • Financial Rigor: Advanced skills in Excel, Smartsheet, or industry-standard production budgeting software.

Benefits

  • comprehensive employer subsidized benefits package which includes group medical, dental and vision coverage, Health Savings Account, 401k retirement plan with annual company match, employee wellness, commuter benefits and cellular phone allowance, generous paid time off and employee volunteer day to encourage social responsibility giving time to the non-profit, community service or charity of your choice.
