Job Summary

Own the end-to-end campaign analysis and optimization loop across multiple brands, channels, and audiences, turning data into actionable improvements that drive efficiency and client outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Planning: partner with Integrated Planning and Account teams to set budgets, strategies, and cross-channel plans with measurable impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Pacing: pull, compile, and analyze in-market campaigns to ensure spending and performance meet expectations.
  • Campaign breadth: efficiently download, interpret, and act on multiple campaigns across brands, targeting strategies, funnel stages, and B2C/B2B audiences.
  • Optimizations: recommend and implement changes in search bidding platforms to hit or exceed KPI benchmarks.
  • Documentation: record changes and learnings to feed strategic insights.
  • Planning kickoff: collaborate with Integrated Planning and Account teams to provide budget and strategy guidance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: gather insights and offer recommendations to surpass benchmarks and client objectives.
  • Performance tracking: continuously analyze KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Thought leadership: prepare POVs and materials to educate internal and client stakeholders on strategy shifts and account structure.
  • Team alignment: work with Search Specialists and Associates to ensure task execution and best practices, including mentoring peers.
  • Channel planning support: assist Integrated Planning with channel plans, budgets, bidding strategies, structures, and learnings for actionable items.
  • Stakeholder engagement: be vocal in defining our approach and interfacing with clients as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years managing and leading campaigns across channel ecosystems, with planning-to-execution experience and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred

  • Experience in pharma marketing or regulated industries.
  • Proactive, curious problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfort with advanced search bidding platforms (SA360, Marin, etc.).
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots, charts).
