Job Summary

Own and scale global paid search programs, shaping strategy across brand and non-brand campaigns while driving performance from acquisition to revenue. Partner with Analytics, RevOps, and cross-functional marketing to optimize budgets, experiments, and growth opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid search performance
  • You will own global paid search strategy across brand and non-brand campaigns
  • You will optimize keyword strategy, audience targeting, and bidding approaches
  • You will drive search performance across the full funnel from acquisition through pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • You will identify and unlock new growth opportunities across search (e.g., new query segments, formats, markets)
  • You will analyze performance insights and communicate clear, recommendations to stakeholders
  • You will leverage attribution, incrementality, and conversion data to inform investment decisions
  • You will translate outcomes (pipeline, revenue) into search optimization strategies
  • You will partner with Analytics and RevOps to improve signal quality and measurement accuracy
  • You will own the global paid search budget allocation

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in paid search or performance marketing
  • Experience scaling search programs tied to pipeline and revenue
  • Expertise in platforms like Google Ads and Bing, including bidding strategies and automation
  • Experience with attribution, incrementality, and funnel metrics
  • Experience managing large budgets with ROI accountability
  • You’ll bring experience using AI and AI-related technologies, ready to thrive here.
