Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution & Brand Support
• Execute marketing initiatives aligned with Xyall’s commercial and product strategy.
• Support the development and consistency of Xyall’s brand presence across customer-facing channels and materials.
• Translate complex technical, scientifical and clinical concepts into clear, compelling, and customer-oriented messaging.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials including presentations, brochures, white papers, customer cases, product sheets, and digital content.
• Help build and improve marketing processes, tools, and internal structure as the company continues to scale.
• Field Marketing & Commercial Support
• Partner closely with Sales to support lead generation, customer engagement, and commercial growth initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute targeted marketing campaigns supporting product awareness and customer acquisition.
• Support product launches and go-to-market activities in collaboration with the CEO, Product Manager, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, digital marketing, or commercial marketing support roles.
• 3+ years experience within medtech (preferable digital or molecular pathology), diagnostics, and medical devices is a must.
• Experience organizing and managing trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launch activities.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales and Product teams.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
