Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Strategy
Build and execute integrated marketing plans that support Career Team’s growth across US workforce development markets, with a focus on state and local government, workforce boards, and social service agencies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns.
Maintain and update the Career Team website, ensuring content stays current, on-brand, and aligned with active campaigns and initiatives.
Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, and content channels.
Draft copy and captions for social media posts, flyers, and other campaign materials, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Manage PR efforts, local events, and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
Coordinate with creative agencies, freelancers, and media vendors.
Draft press releases and coordinate with leadership on review, approvals, and distribution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of marketing experience with proven success in campaign management and brand building.
Strong digital marketing skills (LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics platforms).
Proficiency in design and presentation tools including Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or other similar platforms.
Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.

Preferred

Comfort working US business hours from the Philippines; experience supporting US-based clients or organizations is a plus.
