Responsibilities

• Write winning proposals and manage the proposal process, including coordination with internal team members and subconsultants
• Coordinate, create, produce, and support branded collateral, both print and digital: award submittals, brochures, presentations, website, and social media content
• Lead generation through marketing research
• Maintain accurate data in the firm’s CRM.
• Please note, this is NOT a Digital Marketing or Graphics Design-focused position.
• Enjoy collaborating with engineers, project managers, and especially, the marketing team
• Be responsive, highly organized, detail oriented, and creative
• Possess excellent communication, proofreading, and time management skills, excelling under tight schedules and competing deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications or equivalent credentials.
• 5+ years experience in marketing, business, or business communications. Prior experience in AEC a plus!
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, MS Office
• Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
