Responsibilities

• Design and implement an AI-first marketing capability that uses technology to improve productivity, quality, personalization, measurement and audience engagement.
• Lead the overall marketing strategy across digital marketing, social media, content, CRM, email, web, executive community engagement and AI-enabled marketing operations.
• Leverage Generative AI to accelerate research, content creation, campaign development, creative ideation, executive communications and marketing insight.
• Deploy and continuously improve Agentic AI solutions that automate workflows, marketing operations, audience research, campaign optimization, CRM activities and repetitive business processes.
• Identify new opportunities where AI agents can improve efficiency while ensuring every customer and executive interaction remains personal, thoughtful and relationship-driven.
• Partner closely with executive leadership, speakers, sponsors, members and strategic partners to deliver outstanding communications before, during and after company events.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior executives through exceptional communication, curiosity, responsiveness and professionalism.
• Serve as both a strategic leader and an active contributor within a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment where initiative, judgement and accountability are essential.

Requirements

• Proven success leading B2B marketing, executive engagement or community marketing programs.
• Demonstrated expertise across digital marketing, social media, content strategy, CRM, email marketing, analytics, campaign management and marketing automation.
• Advanced practical experience using Generative AI to improve marketing productivity, creativity, executive communications and campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI , including designing, deploying and managing AI agents that automate research, workflow management, marketing execution, CRM activities and customer engagement.
• A passion for continually exploring emerging AI technologies and identifying practical ways they can create competitive advantage.
• Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the confidence to engage senior executives and represent the organization professionally.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, emotional intelligence and executive presence.
• Strong commercial judgement, organizational capability and attention to detail, with the ability to balance innovation with flawless execution.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), analytics platforms, Microsoft Office and modern AI-enabled marketing technologies.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
