Responsibilities

• Contribute to a high-performing team of communicators, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Influence the product strategy and roadmap for tools used for communicating with external audiences including Sprinklr, Brandwatch, ProofPoint, and Hearsay/Yext.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements, including technical specifications, governance requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment to roadmap. Lead planning efforts and track delivery; align and manage key partnerships across the firm.
• Serve as platform admin to maintain and manage processes and features in the platform.
• Partner cross-functionally with Schwab Technology Services (STS) and external vendors to design and maintain seamless integrations with downstream systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Stay abreast of technology releases and feature previews, proactively assessing impact and championing the adoption of relevant enhancements.
• Monitor and proactively consider how artificial intelligence can help enhance productivity, and create a more seamless experience across key platforms/tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance, gathering user feedback, and optimizing process efficiency.
