Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, optimization, and management of product marketing web experiences across investment products and platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance digital experiences, with a focus on AI search, LLMs, acquisition, engagement, and product conversion.
  • Manage the implementation of web updates, content enhancements, and experience optimizations.
  • Partner with product marketers to translate business objectives and marketing strategies into effective digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with AI SMEs, channel teams, creative agencies, and publishing partners to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements to drive business results.
  • Ensure digital experiences are aligned with brand standards, marketing objectives, and client needs.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in marketing.
  • Proven experience developing the marketing strategy, creative direction, and execution of digital experiences and web pages.
  • Experience project managing end-to-end web content process
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of AI search, large language models (LLMs), and digital experience optimization techniques that improve content discoverability and performance.
  • Experience in project management, or a related role, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence a broad range of stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong project management, execution, and risk-management capabilities.

Preferred

  • Marketing in financial services or other highly regulated industry is preferred.
